CGS COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Valued Homeowners,

We have lived through an unprecedented time as we work to keep our communities, our colleagues, and our families safe in the face of this pandemic. At CGS Home Improvement Inc., the health and safety of our employees and homeowners has always been our top priority. We continue to commit to consistent and concise communication with you throughout this time.

As we approach back to normalcy, CGS will still continue to apply safety protocols. Our office hours will still be by appointment only, Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm and will be closed Saturday and Sunday. Most of our employees will continue working from home and we are limiting the number of employees working at the office to 4 at the time with precautions. In-person meetings will continue by appointment only. We prefer to be working through video calls, emails, phone calls and text messages.

As you all may know, on June 15th our state of California reopened, and many industries are slowly going back to normal. However, to protect the health and safety of customers and staff, many county and city offices are still closed and continue the drop-off/pick-up system and processing stuff online and via email until further notice. We have been working under this new system and getting approved plans and permits. At CGS our goal is to get all of our plans approved to move forward to the construction phase and finalize all projects.

Although the vaccine is available for everyone in California and most of our employees are vaccinated (but not everyone in the community is), we will still continue to limit our construction crews to a maximum of 3-4 people per job site. On-site precautions will still be implemented for the safety of the homeowners, our crew, and the community.

Here at CGS, we value every homeowner as a part of our family and we assure you that we will continue to operate according to the government regulations. Our talented and committed team is confident that together we will persevere and come out even stronger than ever.
